From Caramanico Terme to Salle along the Orta river
L’escursione parte da Caramanico Terme per terminare presso il borgo di Salle, costeggiando le sponde del fiume Orta, ai piedi del Monte Morrone. The hike starts in Caramanico Terme to reach the village of Salle, skirting the banks of the Orta river, at the foot of Mount Morrone.
The vegetation accompanying the hike is typical of riparian environments: willows and black poplars. It is not rare finding tracks of the passage of deer, very common in the area.
