The Scalelle Path in the Orfento Valley

The Scalelle Path is a very popular itineray among hikers and it winds along a very suggestive stretch of the Orfento river.

This is a fairy tale place shaped by the force of the river that modelled high cliffs, caves, waterfalls and unique water effects. Getting closer to the river you will find yourself immerdes into a paradise of rich blooms, ferns and crystal-clear water pools, within a Natural Reserve hosting a wide variety of animal and plant species.
